Alcohol Use - Heavy alcohol intake, drinks every day, ~12 drinks per day.

Illicit Drugs - Prior IVDA, quit 7 years ago. Denies needle sharing.

Marital Status - Separated

Physical Exam:

General: Patient comfortable.

HEENT: WNL.

Chest: 1+ rales, dull to percussion.

Abdomen: LLQ point tenderness, diminished bowel sounds.

Extremities: Full ROM WNL.
