Illicit Drugs - Current non-IVDA, social usage of marijuana.

Marital Status - Separated

Physical Exam:

General: Mildly dyspneic, skin pallor and diaphoretic.

HEENT: WNL.

Chest: Clear to auscultation and percussion.

Abdomen: Diffuse periumbilical discomfort, no masses.

Extremities: Mild distal phalangeal clubbing, good capillary refell.
